History
Like many other forts, this is not known as Kailam, who
originally built the fort. But around 1485, this place came to Malik Ahmed, the
founder of Nizam Shahi of the town. After becoming Shahaziraj Nizamshahi
director, the Mughal army of Fauja and the Adilshahi army of Delhi jointly
tried to make Nizamshahi. In the year 1635-36, Shahaji shifted Jijabai and Bal
Shivaji with Mahuli Mukti from Junnar-Shivneri as a strong shelter in difficult
circumstances. The mahabatkhana's son sang Mahulali, because the guest is Khan.
ShahajiRaje sought help from the Portuguese. But when they refused, Shahaji
surrendered. Later on 1658, Shivaji Maharaj returned this fort from the
Mughals. But in 1661 he had to repay the Mughals. It was the only way back to
winning. In 1665, the fortification of the Purandar had to be defeated. After
that, Manohardas Gaud, the Mughals, took charge of the strategic businessman
Sardar Mahuli. He built a lot of construction on the fort. In February 1670,
the attack on Mahuli failed under the leadership of Shivaji Maharaj. Thousands
of mavalya, half a thousand mavalya cut by the Mughals. Marathis lost their
weight. After this success Manohardas Gaudane left the fortune. Alavardi Beg
